What is happiness?
Happiness is a state of well being and contentment: joy a pleasurable or satisfying experience.
Wikipedia says it’s used in the content of mental or emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. It is also used in the context of life satisfaction subjective well-being, eudaimonia flourishing and well-being.
Only you can make yourself happy. Others can contribute to your happiness, but it has to start with you. If you’re not happy search inside of yourself to find out why you’re not happy and change that feeling.
